All deliveries are fulfilled by our logistics partner and we both aim to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure your products arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Information for all our products will be displayed on our website. At the time of ordering we will initially confirm the availability of your order before processing.

We aim to deliver your furniture within 7-10 working days of confirming your order.

We offer free delivery to the majority of our customers who reside within mainland UK. Additional delivery charges for certain areas may apply and are detailed below.

Any areas above Glasgow City Centre and Edinburgh City Centre will be subject to a surcharge; this included postcodes KY, FK, DD, IV, AB, KW, PA, PH, and some G postcodes (please check with us in advance). Additionally postcodes TR, PL, EX, TQ, BN, TN, CT and ME will also be subject to a surcharge. This surcharge is £35 per delivery. These prices are liable to changes reflecting fuel increases/fluctuations.

Delivery must take place Monday – Friday. AM/PM delivery is at the discretion of the driver on standard delivery in accordance with pre-planned routes. Your driver will call 30 minutes before arrival to notify you.

With standard delivery we do not offer a dedicated delivery date service, however we will aim to work with you and arrange a delivery time which is convenient.

We do offer an additional nominated delivery day service, please note this will be subject to an additional charge based on mileage – for a quote, please our logistics partner, Sprint Shift.

Please note the majority of our product range comes ready assembled and simply needs to be unpacked, however on certain items assembly will be required. Instructions will be provided or assembly can be completed by a member of the delivery team – more information below.

We are delighted to announce we will be offering an optional ‘gold service’ to all customers. This service is broken into 2 separate areas (both are selectable):

  • Option 1 (£10): unpacking of your furniture and removal of all packaging by the delivery team.
  • Option 2 (£15): Complete assembly of your furniture (if required) by the delivery team.

Both of these options are purchasable at the checkout.

At the time of order, please advise us if there are any issues with access/parking for vans or access into the garden such as steps, restrictions of width or obstacles. Failure to do so may result in an aborted delivery and a subsequent redelivery charge. Cheshire Teak Co cannot be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of there being insufficient access to place the items in the garden.

In the event that any items need to be carried through your property, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that floors and carpets are protected and that there is clear access to the garden. All our drivers aim to be as careful and considerate as possible by acting as assistants to the customer. Neither our driver nor Cheshire Teak Co will be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of moving items through the house. If our driver decides the items will not fit, they are entitled to treat the delivery as a curb side delivery.
